At the beginning of the movie we can see the hero attaching a green “bracelet” to his handle and at the end he detaches it.
It is your decision to attach yourself to things as well as your decision to detach yourself from them.

Step 1:: Perception

Write the feeling/s that you have in relation to this perception; for example, fear, anger, hurt, sadness, hopelessness.
Step 3:: Thought

Step 4:: Belief
These thoughts and feelings prove that I'm right that...
Get in touch with the beliefs beneath all of this: I believe I’m unsafe/in an unsafe world, (death), I believe I’m at the mercy of the world (personhood/victimization), I believe there is not enough / he wants to take from me (scarcity).
Step 5:: Desire
What I want(ed) and expect(ed) is for...*
Get in touch with what you want, how you feel/desire/ pray that it should be.
