I was thinking about this StarTrek movie episode for a couple of month and wishing to be uploaded as a full movie with your explanation.This movie and your explanations gave me a deeper understanding ,how mind creates and projects our thoughts to create our world..

Levels of Mind

If you are not familiar with the Levels of Mind we suggest you visit the instructions page for your first time.

Step 1:: Perception
Title or Movie*
Create a title or put the title of the movie you are watching
When I think about...
It could be a situation in the film or from your own life
Step 2:: Emotion
I feel...
Write the feeling/s that you have in relation to this perception; for example, fear, anger, hurt, sadness, hopelessness.
Step 3:: Thought
Because I think that...
is to blame and ...
because I'm afraid that...
(will occur) in the future
Step 4:: Belief
These thoughts and feelings prove that I'm right that...
Get in touch with the beliefs beneath all of this: I believe I’m unsafe/in an unsafe world, (death), I believe I’m at the mercy of the world (personhood/victimization), I believe there is not enough / he wants to take from me (scarcity).
Step 5:: Desire
What I want(ed) and expect(ed) is for...*
Get in touch with what you want, how you feel/desire/ pray that it should be.
