This movie seems ‘dark.’ It’s difficult for me but, I also feel transfixed when I’m watching. So, that tells me that it has a lesson for me that is worth watching and listening and waiting for. Thank you!

Write the feeling/s that you have in relation to this perception; for example, fear, anger, hurt, sadness, hopelessness.
Step 3:: Thought

Step 4:: Belief
These thoughts and feelings prove that I'm right that...
Get in touch with the beliefs beneath all of this: I believe I’m unsafe/in an unsafe world, (death), I believe I’m at the mercy of the world (personhood/victimization), I believe there is not enough / he wants to take from me (scarcity).
Step 5:: Desire
What I want(ed) and expect(ed) is for...*
Get in touch with what you want, how you feel/desire/ pray that it should be.
