This movie comes to mind so often for me as the awakening is so clearly presented here. The moment where she says “This isn’t real” and shatters the barrier… has stayed with me years later. Plus it is one movie I was surprised the next one Insurgent had just as powerful spiritual themes.

If you are not familiar with the Levels of Mind we suggest you visit the instructions page for your first time.

Step 1:: Perception

Create a title or put the title of the movie you are watching

It could be a situation in the film or from your own life
Step 2:: Emotion
I feel...
Write the feeling/s that you have in relation to this perception; for example, fear, anger, hurt, sadness, hopelessness.
Step 3:: Thought
Because I think that...
is to blame and ...
because I'm afraid that...
(will occur) in the future
Step 4:: Belief
These thoughts and feelings prove that I'm right that...
Get in touch with the beliefs beneath all of this: I believe I’m unsafe/in an unsafe world, (death), I believe I’m at the mercy of the world (personhood/victimization), I believe there is not enough / he wants to take from me (scarcity).
Step 5:: Desire
What I want(ed) and expect(ed) is for...*
Get in touch with what you want, how you feel/desire/ pray that it should be.
