24 Hours to Heaven!
“Imagine if Jesus appeared to you and said, ‘You’re going to Heaven in twenty-four hours.’ This movie is our opportunity. We’re going to go with the main character on an entire evolutionary wakeup journey, not over several lifetimes, but in twenty-four hours.”

MWGE Movie Review
Who you are is from before time was. Time is a concept, made to measure and therefore “give reality” to man’s existence within an illusion. Matter is held together by thought, and the belief in (and the need for) a bodily identity.
Mind cannot die. Mind is eternal and is beyond the realm of time and space. When awareness of self has expanded beyond a limited bodily identity, time and space are literally in the hands of the miracle worker.
When Lucy finds herself caught up in a drug trafficking nightmare, it appears to be the worst situation imaginable. A packet of drugs are surgically implanted in her stomach and when they begin to leak, she experiences a transformation of consciousness that takes her all the way to total transcendence from human consciousness to pure awareness.
Read Before Movie
Lucy is portrayed as the first woman and the last woman in this movie. She’s a powerful symbol of taking the leap toward the inevitable. Jesus says that the word inevitable is wonderful to the Spirit and frightening to the ego. In the end, the inevitable is light, is joy, is happiness. To delay the leap is to delay the inevitable. Anytime we suffer pain, depression or frustration it’s because we value those experiences more than the inevitable.
Everything is flipped in this world so to the ego taking the leap is opening to the big unknown and the ego is saying, “Are you sure you want to let go of that and that and that for the unknown?” The ego makes it sound like a risky trade. And yet what is unknown to the ego is the only experience that’s knowable. Who you are is all you can ever know.
We’re being asked to let go of the temporary for the inevitability of Spirit; to give up fear for love. Lucy knows her awakening is inevitable, but she still has to follow. She has to go through scene after scene, which is what the journey seems to be; we have to face some scenes in our lives before they disappear.
Watch After Movie
The implications of Lucy are staggering. Within historical terms, we have history, and the human condition is all that seems to be known. Then two thousand years ago Jesus makes an appearance and symbolically that’s a manifestation of the Holy Spirit. That was one of the first demonstrations since the big bang that love was real and the cosmos was not. There was no contrast experience before the enlightened ones. It seemed that time and space were real.
Lucy provides the same demonstration of light in a compressed and direct way. When you watch Lucy you have a baseline in modern day terms to start to look at what’s going on in your mind. Lucy is a demonstration of the power of mind, the reality of light and the unreality of fear, guilt, pain, shame and linear time. What purpose would it serve to delay this purification, this letting go, if it’s known that awakening is inevitable?
Levels of Mind: The Fast Track to Enlightenment
Levels of Mind is a unique process designed by David Hoffmeister that offers a visual key diagram to help you access the levels in the mind that determine perception, so you can choose a different experience. As soon as you learn how things work in the mind, you have the tools to undo the ego completely. You will know of your mind-training “success” by the peace you feel.
If you have experienced the benefits of using the Levels of Mind diagram as an MWGE subscriber, share the diagram with others using this link. It’s free!
Through invitation, all of perception is being used by the Holy Spirit to bring up into awareness what has been denied. Movies and relationships can be used to bring the darkness to the light. Rage is an emotion of the ego. Rage is the ego’s feeling, and yet, you are not the ego. When you experience the ego’s feelings, it’s symbolic of an unreal identification and the feelings can be seen as an invitation to let the feelings up. If rage comes up during a movie, pause the action and express with a trusted brother or get in touch with the anger using a mind tool. If you are needing additional help in working through an upset, contact our Prayer and Support Team. Let the support team minister know if you are using a mind tool.

It’s common for people to cry, laugh, even scream during a movie. If you are using movies for healing the mind, feel everything. Don’t censor your emotions during a movie; let them come to the surface for healing. Allow processing of emotions during a movie by using a mind tool or, if you’re at an MWGE movie gathering, ask that the movie be paused so you can express the emotions coming up for you. When it comes to healing the mind, the Spirit knows what will work and that’s what is given in the moment. That’s the practical and impersonal nature of healing!
